The town of Gunnison is just south of Crested Butte, nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Take a float along the Gunnison River, the second-largest tributary of the Colorado River. You can also grab a rod and head out for a day of fishing, enjoying the beautiful soundscape and flowing water.

Crested Butte

Known by locals as the "Last Great Ski Town" in the state, Crested Butte sits in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.
